Served with grilled chorizo, pea puree & vine tomatoes

Chicken breast stuffed with bacon & asparagus, served with vine tomatoes, mashed potatoes & garlic cream sauce

A choice of ONE: Atlantic salmon, snapper, or kingfish glazed in miso & soy sauce on a bed of noodles with bean sprouts, fresh chilli & herbs (GF/DF)

Tender beef medallions served with mashed potatoes, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, vine tomatoes & red wine jus
